Folder contains legislative acts and bills, newspaper clippings, correspondence, reports, congressional records, press releases, pamphlets, maps, and statements from 1956 and 1963 to 1964 pertaining to details, plans, and authorization of the Dixie Project in Utah. Much of the correspondence comes from proponents of the long-awaited passage of the Dixie Project bill which would help develop the water resources of the Virgin and Santa Clara Rivers in the Western United States.

Folders contain newspaper clippings, correspondence, reports, and promotional pamphlets from 1958 to 1959 that pertain to river reclamation projects in the Western United States. The material concerns fishery conservation development in the Provo River Basin, reimbursement of owners for lands acquired for reclamation in Weber Basin, as well as the progress of the Colorado River Storage Project, the Central Utah Project, and other participating projects in the Western United States.

Also included are minutes from December 15, 1960 for a Special Meeting of the Upper Colorado River Commission, the Department of the Interior and Bureau of Reclamation, the four Upper Basin states, and their Congressional Delegations in Denver, Colorado.
